Standard delivery terms apply, except for Scotland and the Scottish Highlands, please contact us for quotations for delivery if you live within these areas. Please note if an order is placed and you pay the standard delivery charge, we may contact you to advise that we require additional postage payment.
Unfortunately, at current we are unable to accept orders from outside UK Mainland, this includes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Direct Deliveries
All sinks ordered through our website will be delivered directly from our suppliers so they may contact you to advise when they will be delivering goods.
Delivery Times
Quoted delivery times are based on the usual delivery time from brand to brand assuming that the item is available in UK stock. Please note that some items listed are a special order so will incur a longer lead time, as soon as your order has been processed by a member of our team we will acknowledge via email if there are any delays on the product/s that you have ordered.
We recommend that if you require an item urgently to call us on 020 3940 9333 and we would be happy to check availability with our suppliers.
Special Item orders
All our special item orders are advised within the product description. Special order products are usually items in a colour finish or items from a specific manufacture. All special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be aware if an item is marked as a special order product, once ordered, you are unable to cancel your order or return goods for a refund.
Restocking Charges
Only products supplied within 28 days will be considered for re-stocking. Our restocking charge is 20% of the value of goods returned. All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Damaged Goods / Picking Error
If any goods arrive damaged, you must supply images of the damage along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. If reported after this time we are unable to accept a claim that the item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return. If goods received have been attempted to be fitted we will unable to accept a claim that your item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return. Unless you refuse the initial delivery, please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.
If you have received the incorrect item please send a picture via email of the item that you have received along with a photograph of the label on the packaging which includes the product code. This will need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.
Cancellation Policy
If an item has been ordered in error you need to notify us as soon as possible both via email and phone, if the item has not yet been dispatched we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If goods have already been dispatched you can return in line with our returns policy and you may be subject to a restocking charge.
Returns Policy
If you are returning goods that have been ordered in error, or no longer required, you will have to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. The item and packaging must be in perfect and in resellable condition and returned within 28 days. You will need to arrange for the goods to be sent back to our warehouse and cover the costs for the return of goods, we do recommend using a tracked and signed service for more expensive items as we are not responsible for returns arranged by the customer if they are lost or damaged in transit by return. All products may be subject to a 20% restocking charge, please ensure that you include paperwork advising your order number in with the return.

Faulty Items
If you believe that you have received an item which is faulty you must put in writing the issue with the goods along with any pictures if applicable to sales@ukchoiceshops.co.uk. We will then notify the manufactures of the faulty goods and advise on the next steps to take. The majority of products will hold a one year manufactures guarantee, on the event that a fitted product becomes faulty we will need to raise a claim with the manufactures as the guarantee is held through them and would be down to the manufactures discretion.
